Riva's Inspiration:  PB Worn Books
What you'll need to DIY:
  • Cheap paperback books - you can't go wrong at the dollar store,
  • A sink, container, and/or casserole dishes for the soaking,
  • Herbs, tea bags, or flowers to soak in the..
  • Water you'll need,
  • Twine, thin rope, or embroidery floss (I used the floss),
  • Scissors
  • Child's watercolor kit and sponge brush.

And lots of beach-themed projects to inspire thoughts of vacation...

Thanks for sharing your creativity, Riva!  Welcome to blogging!  I look forward to seeing more of your fun DIY projects!

I love all of these ideas...the books are my favorite because I have small stacks in 3 of my rooms. They are a cheap accessory but surprisingly you can do alot with them!
